Mental Health Resources

A curated list of verified resources

A short message,

Finding Order in Disorder acknowledges the vast gap that lies within communities that struggle with mental health challenges and/or a psycho-social disability. Although our society offers mainstream alternatives such as doctors, therapists, and medications, it is critical to engage ourselves in a holistic approach that goes beyond the prescribed nature of the biomedical model.

Thus, we hope that the resources provided below, which include organizations, helpline numbers, and therapists, will aid in finding our own order in disorder.

Apart from this collection, you may also find archives of films, documentaries, books and upcoming events in Canada, where our non-profit and arts collective was founded.
